One home for everyday school life.
Bring schedules, learning evidence, parent updates, attendance, and daily care into role-specific workspaces.
Little Feet is getting ready
Every Little Step Matters
New to Little Feet?
Complete these essentials before inviting families and staff.
Bring schedules, learning evidence, parent updates, attendance, and daily care into role-specific workspaces.
Principals and administrators can preview a school spreadsheet before importing learner records, instead of retyping a whole register.
Parents can see the learning records, reports, badges, and notices made available to their family account.
Care, safeguarding, pickup, and area-alert tools are grouped so staff can act calmly when time matters.
Click the button to detect your current location. The map will load live education locations within a 20Km radius. Pins are grouped for a clearer map; click a group to zoom in, or click a school pin for its coordinates, address, available contact details, and photo.
Record a parent-reported absence for the teaching team to follow up.
Leave a concise handover for the next educator or closing team.
Before children arrive: check the register, allergies, room safety, supplies, and the day’s timetable.
Before leaving: complete handovers, check pick-up records, record incidents, and secure learning spaces.
Please select a target user from the dropdown menu to load direct messages.
A live overview of campus presence, active emergency broadcasts, and acknowledgement activity. Exact incident locations remain restricted to authorised safety staff.
Request a meeting with a teacher or principal. A campus visitor pass is created only after the teacher agrees, you confirm the time, and the principal approves entry.
Teachers respond to their own requests. Parents confirm the agreed time. Principals then issue the QR visitor pass.
Scan a school-issued QR visitor ticket where your device supports it, or enter the pass code. Little Feet validates the pass with the server before recording entry.
A report becomes complete only after the teacher and linked parent have both signed it. Each signer uses their own PIN to prevent a child or unauthorised person signing.
Choose a separate four-digit-or-longer PIN for report signatures. Never share it with a child.
Select an awaiting report below, sign with your finger or mouse, and enter your signing PIN.
Record the core enrolment and emergency information required before a learner is placed in a class.
Items shown are available for your school account and login role.
Create and manage accounts, assign their role, and link each one to a school. The school link controls that account’s School Store status.
Use only while diagnosing a problem. It records safe technical details such as error code, source file, and line number; it does not include learner records or passwords.
Each printed handout carries a code tied to one learner. Administrators can issue, replace, or scrap an old code and review its status. Principals can print a prepared handout only.
Loading learner code forms…
Bring an existing school register into Little Feet without manually recreating each learner. Upload an Excel or CSV export from the school system, review the detected rows, then confirm the import. Duplicate learner records are skipped and reported.
Supported formats: .xlsx, .xls, and .csv. Use column headings such as Learner Name, Grade/Class, Parent Name, Parent Email, Medical Notes, Emergency Contact, and Authorised Pickups.
For privacy, this portal does not send child records from a photo or PDF to a public AI service. Scan paper files into a spreadsheet using your school-approved OCR or scanner, then upload the reviewed Excel/CSV export here.
Every imported learner must be reviewed before submission. Medical, emergency-contact, and pickup details are encrypted when saved.
Records are matched by learner name, class/grade, and parent email. A duplicate does not overwrite the existing learner record; it is listed for review after the import.
Set your monthly plan, learner add-on prices and profit margin, optional late-payment fee, and where approved schools pay.
Record a discount or subsidy decision below. Payroll and payment provider calculations remain subject to school approval.
Create a request record for a parent’s tax invoice pack. The finance team can then verify payment history before issuing it.
Loading subscription pricing…
Use this as the public learner-capacity guide. Your editable cost, selling price, add-on margin and payment settings remain in the section above.
| Package tier | School size | Monthly price | Extra learner rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Micro / ECD | Up to 30 learners | R350 / month | R10 per learner / month |
| Standard Primary | Up to 250 learners | R1,500 / month | R6 per learner / month |
| Enterprise Campus | Up to 1,000 learners | R7,500 / month | Flat package — no overage |
Optional family upgrade for full-quality approved media downloads, weekly learning highlights, portfolio access, priority eligible support and approved caregiver access.
The school plan covers the institution. Parent Plus is an optional direct family upgrade and does not change the school’s learner-capacity price.
A clear launch path for each school before its subscription begins.
Import learner, family, class and approved school data; then review roles and consent records.
Use the agreed plan with real school workflows before the subscription contract starts.
Confirm staff training, parent access and go-live checks together before inviting the full school community.
Commercial terms: 30-day money-back guarantee, 36-month agreement, cancellation and post-contract customisation fees are set in the signed school quotation. No fee or agreement is created by viewing this page.
Log the start or end of a shift. Geofenced payroll exports need a connected payroll provider and approved location policy.
Record the current classroom staffing ratio; review exceptions immediately with a supervisor.
Capture a daily learning activity and its developmental-standard link for classroom planning.
Log a parent or visitor request for a teacher or principal. The recipient can respond through Tickets and agree a new time if needed.
Record equipment, cleaning, or maintenance items that require attention.
Record an opening, age group, or waitlist follow-up for administration.
Record factual incident details and the parent-notification/sign-off status for the administrative record.
Log a medication event only after an authorised prescription and parent consent have been verified.
Choose a routine activity, then add the child or class. This saves a timestamped activity-feed record without a long note.
Use Alerts for current area-based notifications. The current portal records deliveries locally; external SMS fallback needs provider setup.
Record a fundraiser, tuckshop, ticket, or permission-slip request for staff follow-up.
Teachers can send an item request to the school administration queue.
Record deliveries so stock is visible before items are issued to classes.
Administrators can review, action, or remove submitted operational records from the lists below.
Record a dated observation against motor, speech, social, or another framework area.
Use Worksheets for photo evidence, then add the developmental context here for the learner portfolio.
Create a report request from the observations and assessment records saved for a learner.
Use only for authorised school duties. Confirm school policy, parental authority, and the applicable POPIA/Children’s Act process before recording sensitive information.
Record separate choices for private class updates and optional marketing photography. No consent means no photo processing for that purpose.
Record the responsible adult and one-time verification code at handover. Codes are stored as one-way hashes, not readable text.
Record the certificate reference and expiry only after the school has completed the official NCPR process. Never treat this screen as a substitute for a government clearance.
Use Care & Safety to record the parent-authorisation reference, dosage, time, administering teacher, and witness. A separate school workflow must verify the approval before administration.
These settings apply only to this device and account session.
Choose your preferred display language. English is currently the complete interface; Afrikaans labels will expand as translations are reviewed.
Keep the dashboard current without reloading the map or interrupting your work.
Enter the code from the printed school form. Your request stays pending until an administrator approves the relationship.
On desktop, double-click the left sidebar to collapse or expand it. Use the category headings to show or hide each group.
When the portal has been idle for one hour, it will switch to the Little Feet campfire wallpaper with a short looping jingle. Nothing is signed out or lost, and any normal interaction returns to your work.
Show the animated campfire wallpaper with its short looping jingle immediately.
Click anywhere, press any key, touch the screen, or use the visible Exit button.
Enabled for this device after one hour with no activity.
